Once we’ve got a got grasp of what your looking for and where this is, we’ll call you for a chat or invite you to catch up for a coffee in order to get to know you better. How should I prepare?

Just fill in your project brief when you sign up (or later on your Dashboard page) and upload any information which you think will help your designer such as inspiration images, property titles or site surveys. Take your time to think about and review your brief so that when we begin work, we are well informed and can make sure that we get the best result for you and your project!
